Nothing to like about this company. KRA doesn’t match what was told during interviews. Also, there’s one particular PnL head named Sarbottam, completely biased and does what he likes. He fires more than he hires, just to satisfy personal ego.

Dislikes

Everything is worth disliking, DO NOT waste your time for this company. You’ll lose more money in travelling than your compensation.

No payment security No good culture. Toxicity and very pressure from day one There is nothing to like about the company.it is Byju's part 2 Majority of the employees are from byju's which makes the work culture toxic.too much favoritism and politics.no allowance,unwanted deductions and false promise with the package.crowd is too cheap. Everything toxic environment The worst experience of my life. Not at all a corporate company. Terrible experience Everything. I used to work in Chandigarh branch. I have worked soo hard and they not even pay 50%. They ask to use personal sim for cold calling and they ask you to travel on site 20kms away on own expense. And the end of the day what you receive is 8-10k of salary. In this salary felt like working free. Room rent, transportation, sim recharge, food. I will recommend people to do labour instead of working in Square Yards....Read More

The co workers are good .. the leaders are supportive and its a very fun loving environment to work.

There's no job security they just hire people in bulk and also fire people in bulk. Hectic working hours use to work more then 12hours a day still didn't get my full salary in any of the month. In the joining time they commit u different things like we have to do atleast one sale then we will get full salary + incentive and also they said we have to do cold calling and generate site visit but in reality we had to do cold calling generate site visit there was no travelling compensation we had to go almost every site from mahim, mulund, andheri, etc also if the deal happens we had to do the collection part collecting 5% from the customers we were not informed earlier about this. Infact there was no job training given they made us sit beside other callers and told us to listen to their pitching and start ur calling when u are comfortable....Read More
