Nothing to like about this company. KRA doesn’t match what was told during interviews. Also, there’s one particular PnL head named Sarbottam, completely biased and does what he likes. He fires more than he hires, just to satisfy personal ego.

Dislikes

Everything is worth disliking, DO NOT waste your time for this company. You’ll lose more money in travelling than your compensation.

The co workers are good .. the leaders are supportive and its a very fun loving environment to work.

...re's no job security they just hire people in bulk and also fire people in bulk. Hectic working hours use to work more then 12hours a day still didn't get my full salary in any of the month. In the joining time they commit u different things like we have to do atleast one sale then we will get full salary + incentive and also they said we have to do cold calling and generate site visit but in reality we had to do cold calling generate site visit there was no travelling compensation we had to go almost every site from mahim, mulund, andheri, etc also if the deal happens we had to do the collection part collecting 5% from the customers we were not informed earlier about this. Infact there was no job training given they made us sit beside other callers and told us to listen to their pitching and start ur calling when u are comfortable.

...re employees work for company. company is only using employees for there profit. many time company even not paying basic salary to employees by giving reason of fake rules, terms and conditions.

... they torture employees for sales no difference personal and professional life . No guarantee of salary and they only show you incentives but never give you . I exit from company after 6 months . But after 1 year they not provide me any relieaving latter and fnf money .i sent them mail 12..13 times but no response from hr team when i call them hr say they dont have any authority please call to operations department and operations department say same . Worst company i ever seen. Thanku

...tes are lier and non supportive . There is a huge cafeteria but very expensive . they diduct salary very much . and there is no insentive at all.

There is lots of pressure and copitition . People always keep pushing employees to work like an ox .and the environment is very negative . they always keep telling people if u can't work we will through u out from our office.
