Very bad work environment, managers will shout at you like anything. Managers and leaders are abusive They use abused words. No respect for employees.

Working hours are not fixed they ask to work extra without getting paid, No fix salary plus no week-off they dont give holiday even in national holidays.

Square yards is worst company which I'm working. Due ths covid thy are dedicated all the salary thy are giving 30% salary thy are culprit peoples .

...tes are lier and non supportive . There is a huge cafeteria but very expensive . they diduct salary very much . and there is no insentive at all.

There is lots of pressure and copitition . People always keep pushing employees to work like an ox .and the environment is very negative . they always keep telling people if u can't work we will through u out from our office.

... dislikes. Then there is not a single thing everthing is so bad in this company. They give you false promises for tbe salary and worst part is even after getting a sale they will not give you your full salary. This company is a scam. Dont join this company. Bpo is a far better option
