NO. 1 pathetic real estate company Salary deductions, No incentives, toxic management No work life balance. No payment security No good culture. Toxicity and very pressure from day one There is nothing to like about the company.it is Byju's part 2 Majority of the employees are from byju's which makes the work culture toxic.too much favoritism and politics.no allowance,unwanted deductions and false promise with the package.crowd is too cheap. The day of my joining, they tell me that because I am a fresher-they cannot give me the job of a designer and forced me to take up a sales job(where I am supposed to call random people from my mobile phone. On the first day itself, they made me call some 50 ppl from their "expensive" lead list(stolen data basically.). My PERSONAL phone number got reported as a spam(because my beautiful manager did not have the patience for us to arrange a new sim card for these malicious job). It was not only one designer who was forced to do such job-we were 13 of us in our team-team of civil engineers, interior designers and architects. Scam-this company runs on pure scam.
