I have been working with square yards from June 2021 to current March 2022 & it's been good working with HR Team as time flexibility is there after 6pm you can anytime & salary is on 9 th on every month, manager Nayeem is so supportive.

Dislikes

No gifts on diwali & any occasion,less chances of growth .

HR and sales team both sitting on same floor, I'm not happy because disturbance and sales team doing working noise so distracted our HR's work.

The job is quite interesting, i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

There is no growth, it doesn't feel like you are into HR. Your targets will feel you like a telecaller , there's no growth at all, no new learnings. Not at all employee oriented. If you get a chance to work there, please look for the viable opportunities first. Cz you'll regret once being there! No facilities
