There is nothing to like, from the moment they interview they start to pressure you, the interview guy told me if I get selected then they'll call me and then proceeded to explain me how bad there salary and incentives system is in next 15 mins, even though he himself stated that I was not selected

It just shows how they are desperate and they'll let any chapri aur illiterate person be there, which makes the work environment insufferable and hostile, The interview started with what will you do for me, but what will your company do for me, the amount of pressure is overwhelming where from the moment I entered there office. the timing is not fixed , just one day off per week just adds insult to injury. They expect us to sell property of 1.5 crore and the your incentive for doing that is 10k , 0.7 percentage, which is pathetic. Fake business, fake deals, favouritism. More than 50% of business in square yards is fake, leaders give fake deals to their favorites for promotion and worst quality of leads work culture is worst not appreciation for hardwork even leader ask for money if someone incentive is stuck for giving him deal. Favorites are promoted to T2 and real hardworking and knowledgeable people are targetted. No work life balance, great leaders but they don't understand personal matters of employees, recently the CEO had implemented new rules regarding week offs on Monday and Tuesday, but leaders ask you to come on week off, this working is without salary

I applied for an interior design job as a fresher(they had freshers' interior design opening). They took my interview and everything. The day of my joining, they tell me that because I am a fresher-they cannot give me the job of a designer and forced me to take up a sales job(where I am supposed to call random people from my mobile phone. On the first day itself, they made me call some 50 ppl from their "expensive" lead list(stolen data basically.). My PERSONAL phone number got reported as a spam(because my beautiful manager did not have the patience for us to arrange a new sim card for these malicious job). It was not only one designer who was forced to do such job-we were 13 of us in our team-team of civil engineers, interior designers and architects. Scam-this company runs on pure scam. Micro management by managers such as Ishant , Mohit and Shubhi . Employees are asked to leave " in and out " messages on WhatsApp for breaks and lunches . Being treated like we are in kindergarden . If you're late by 2 mins , you would be made fun of by other team members which Is actually encouraged by the Leaders such as Ishant ,Mohit . Moreover , if you're asked to work on a Sunday ( which Is the only day off ) , if you dare to speak against it , a meeting is organized ( a formal one ) to again trash you infront of everyone where you are literally called a servant ( Ishant did this ) . Working here seems like a suffocating experience . I wonder why people leave this place after every 2 months . They will hate you for bringing ideas , doing better . ( Management will ) . Trying to type keeping in mind the platforms community policies else these people deserve nothing less than curse words thrown at their face . The leads provided are outdated, often over eight years old, and lack any real potential. When clients don't show up for meetings, the company applies a Leave WithoutPay (LWP), leading to substantial salary deductions. Additionally, employees must cover travel costs and obtain their own SIM cards, which adds further financial strain. Moreover, the incentive structure is misleading; after closing a sale, you need to make three additional sales to receive the total incentive for the first one, as it’s only given at 25% per sale.
