The company culture is toxic, you're expected to work at all times and there is honestly no log off time. There is no one to teach you anything and you are expected to learn everything on the go (which is very hard for some people). The expectations from a fresher are as great as from a person who's been working for 2-3 years. You're constantly reminded of the fact that you're very replaceable and if you drop off anywhere then your appraisal will get affected....Read More
