A lot of things are there to learn into logistic industry and only hard working people can survive there.

Dislikes

Even after hardest work and working for extra hours to make customer satisfied for years, things are forgotten instantly and there is no alternative if someone leaves the job. Appraisal is low and higher management is much better then the lower.

It was V good - But the Company has lost its life with DELHIVERY - DELHIVERY is a one of the Stupid management having with all Bad culture . . Since SPOTON is now closed company - you stop asking anything about that company.
