give salary hike But they leave after giving such time reason so that the staff does not get any work.The staff does not have any personal life after joining the company.You can't even fight for yourself, because the management is involved in getting the stuff fired,I have lost many good people who used to take work as their own.Work culture and politics management is very bad, if you want to do something good then you are not allowed to do it.
