Good for self-helped skill development. colleagues are great and supportive.

Dislikes

short of Classrooms, poor pay scale, no appraisal, need to "BEG" for basic necessary things like projector, desktops. salary not on time. No standard Procedure to follow. Management interfering with day-to-day college's workflow. no career growth.

challenging and interesting while working. Boring, hectic,tedious when it comes to interaction with college management.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
