As working in spinny previously company structure was good enough to working with them, but after upper management change tl manager change everything is going extremely toxic environment. Either if you are performing or not performing is not matter to them , tl rishav who is one of the atrocious tl I have not seen entire my workingcareer, he behaves like an hooligans ,after he hand over the Kolkata team, he fabricated an very toxic environment like byjus culture , he thinks we are robot or animal, at the time of working continuously 10-11 hours ,if any person having 2-3 min inactive in system, he questioned , as we only take 20-30 min break max which includes lunch break ,as a tl he doesn't know how to handle city , what is the issue off city performance, how to improve them, beside to improve he only wants number at any cost. If you think you have leave balance,you can't get leave ,if you got an accident you provide every document, still he is okay with it he also told that doctor documents is not right, after one employee send him his facial images of accident as he said you need to work casue it's work from home, if you have an marriage &you need the leave you can only get 3 days leave, it's to pathetic environment that anyone can't handle it, as I am an good performer still I left this company due to him and manager who is like to him....Read More
