There's no favour for low level employees, At first they use to review our queries, not a days delivery employees are very less in strength , Even they don't recruit new employees, rather they used to procure 700cars in a month with just 10employees in chennai, Actually our working time was 10am - 7pm, but now we are working for 7am to 12am, OT allowences are not providing , And travel allowance are not getting on time. Spinny is good startup company , I was appointed as a delivery executive in spinny Gurgaon hub . Gurgaon hub manager MAHESH SARDANA treats his subordinates as his own personal servants , he forced me to go to city office to print out the documents for the cars in heavy rain , even he told me to take his order food from swiggy delivery boy . Worst experience working with spinny .
