Few of the people in the company, especially in my department, were pretty helping and supportive. They guide people to the best of their knowledge and best whatever they can do. Even some of the people understand your situation if you are in a problem and will help you up to the level they can.

Dislikes

Many of the people sitting on the reputed chairs of the company are partial towards their favorite ones. If you are on training and a mistake is done by your senior, then you will be the one who will be punished, even if you are a trainee. The company do not have funds and if you are working under them then you have to financially s table before joining as if you are living in rented apartment, then you have to pay the rent by yourself by lending money from your friends/family<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. the salary will come when you will be in a condition to leave the company</mark>. Everything they never give salary on time. Its already been several months staff are suffering without salary. Never gave any good appraisal. Work shedule is not good, they never give ontime break to staff, spicejet is the worst airline.

I love my job and there is no doubt about it and I completely understand that this is the time we need to understand the current situation and stand in solidarity with the company and its decisions taken for its growth. I am on leave without pay from the month of june till November which is pulling my morals down by each passing day . No work no pay is putting a lot of pressure on my mental health. I suggest that this LWP period should be rotational,it should not be like people who are flying are only kept on duty throughtout and people on LWP getting their LWPs extended. I find this unfaire and unjust. Everyone should get the opportunity to fly. Initial 3 months are fine but extention is not good. After every 3 months crew should be called back and the next lot should be sent on LWP untill Covid 19 persists....Read More

Spicejet has given me alot till now and I have full faith on the administration that they will not dissapoint any of their emplyoees ever.
