work environment at spicejet is very nice, very supportive management, good work life balance, 6 week off , so overall it is a nice company . one of the best companies for beginners.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I don't like it at all. No help at all. Sustenance allowance of 6800 INR which was paid for the month of April was taken back from May Salary.

Expect termination at any point of time. Many were fired and many left with no job after being sendoff on LWP. No help was provided during this tough time.

I like the way they exploit employees. They are very good at it.

From head to toe, everything. From last five years there is no salary on time sometimes it’s getting delayed for two months sometime it gets delayed for three months. They don’t care if the employee is able to eat something he has enough money to survive. His family can survive. I have seen people who met with accident, cracked their bones but still called to office to work. Even if the employee has not received his salary The top management still fill up their mobile reimbursement forms to ensure that they get the reimbursement in time that’s the level of corruption spicejet has.
