It used be a very chilled out company where everyone wants to join spice jet. I never thought of another airline after joining. Salary was good, layovers used to be fun and hotel property was also good. My journey with SpiceJet was amazing. Thank you so much that you chose me and gave me wings .

Work environment is good. A place where an individual can learn on taking decisions and handling situations independently. Get chance to travel across and learn new things. Meet new people everyday at your work place(at airports)

Salary is too low compared to the efforts given by the employees at Airports. However, company claims they are the paymasters, but it's a false statement. There are no perks given as deserved.... appraisal are discriminated and not transparent as it should be. More number of years you are associated, less salary you are paid.
