I like Spice Money because there was no work pressure. Good behaviour of Leaders and staffs. Working environment is so good. Specially Sudit sir was a great manager.

Dislikes

So, firstly i joined as an intern, then i got a trainee position and after all i worked as a Consultant on a contractual basis. All the HR managers told me that after contract ends you get payroll position from Spice Money but they fired only me for no such specific reason instead of low performers. And the worst thing was they removed me after paying salary and I've also do 1 day of extra work. Without any prior single mail or notice. This was so disappointing company in my life. Every good company or MNC's give you a mail or notice before they ending your contract but Spice Money...Read More
