Nothings to like here. Vishal Sharma and Sandeep Banka thinks that everyone in finance department is their slave. They can do anything and no one will go against them. If someone wants they will sack them.

Vishal Sharma and Sandeep Banka to be immediately sacked from the company, else one day will some when someone will hit them hard in face. My personal request to every job seeker is that don't join Spencers Finance team
