Nothing for now. Earlier things were nice. Everything is worst now. Earlier there were problems but there was a hope.Current Head (CEO) do not have head and brain. Just boasts about himself but in reality has zero knowledge. Complete fake person and is fooling around. Director is neutral. He was also good earlier but now he has changed and doesn't respect or appreciates his old staff who stood for him in his bad time. CEO safeguards himself and put everything on us. He runs away when he is needed or any problem come. Director has no say now.

We are asked to do anything and everything. They do not understand what profile we are selected for and what is our strength. CEO does not know how to get work done from us. Our earlier manager was very sensible and nice. She use to respect our work.
