They won't treat you like a human, they all want a number, there is lot of idiots on South region, they won't support, they won't reply to your mails , they won't give leaves, they won't treat you like a human being, they won't provide any support to get a number, but in the end they will ask for a number, they pick shit clients to work, they will provide minimum salary to skilled employees, who will come for work, thier wife's will come, I never seen a company or org like this, they will destroy your personal life, my team leader doesn't know how to draft a mail itself, he'll come smoke a couple of cigarettes then will go for home, he's not a human.being at all, i don't recommend anyone to join with this shit company, totally shit...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
