This is a kirana shop. Where you are chotu cleaning your tea cup, dusting your chair doing all kind of menial chores instead of working on engineering tasks. Wonder how desperate I was to work with such stupid company. Don't waste your time......grab another opportunity......this job will fetch you nothing but disappointment. Owner will start giving negative feedback to companies when you are about to leave. This happened to everyone who were working before me and after me. Being a start up there's too much to explore and learn

Dislikes

Management just focuses more on his personal life. No office discipline followed. A real miser who wants employee to be in office from morning 9am to minimum 12 midnight & 6 days a week. Work here only as a filler while you are searching your job. Mind you i am really being nice here
