Nothing is there to like about this company

Dislikes

Worst company i have ever seen. The hiring firing policy is very bad. They can fire you any time with out notice. Contract violates every act of labour law. They will ask you for money if you resign. No employee retention. Non experienced management. They will make everything a target job even if you are a HR. No employee benefits.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
