No work-life balance , no appraisal even after making business to company , they can fire you anytime , simply cost cutting and hiring new candidate over firing old one

To much pressure micromanagement is here and aren't providing enough resources like monster or any other platform just want us to call all day and close candidate , simply cost cutting over everything increasing load on recruiters

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Incentives only good with this company

My experience with this company was one of the worst I've ever had. Initially hired for remote position, they later insisted i work onsite, despite our Agreement. when i resigned they demanded for 60 days notice period, once i was denied to do so they sent multiple court notice to my home for recovering 940000 rs. Also they can fire people on very same day without any clarification.

Manager was really supportive and WFH is a crucial factor as well.

Partiality between male and female employee. One of my friend was fired by a POSH complaint by one of her teammate where everyone was making light jokes and one of the girl got offended and rest all the girls ganged up and made false allegations on him and he was eventually fired.
