Nothing to like about, only some people in company are good.

Dislikes

Head heavy company. Zero business acumen. You may not get your money even after doing full job and meeting targets. No respect. Bakwaas work culture. Avoid joining this company. Your job can be terminated even in less than a week, all depends on the perception of MD.

Hard to get such Director like Mr. Anuj G. Lele. However, company culture is very good, in time salary, job security: sometimes I feel good sometimes not.. carrier growth is here. training is well. Learning a lot.. politics is there too. I use to travel a lot. That's why no work life balance for me there.

If you want to waste your career you can work here. Salaries are very poor. People working from 15-17 years having salary of 25k. There always threat to your job. No support. No training.
