Dislikes

Their attitude towards employe is like they have hired robots and just want them to work without any know how. There's no interest in work life balance. Company is keep in making deductions but no one is interested to talk to make changes. Top management is working on hire and fire way. So no job security.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
