When ever you enter the office the vibes are very negative and you feel that you have to move out of this is office. I have left the job for this company where I was working for 8 years and this company throw out the company during most deficit time of covid 1st wave.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
