At Bloomsbury each individual is given a lot of authority & freedom to work..& the efficient ones are rewarded well. however all stake holders are also expected to be mindful of the fact that with liberty & freedom to work & deliver comes even greater accountability & responsibility. The parent company in the UK has a very humane way of looking at things & they put employee well being, welfare first which was amply displayed during the Covid crisis.
