I am working here since last one year, the culture is becoming Grey day by day, senior persons from finance are forcing every everyone to write good things about company on ambition box, taking mobile from gate, those person who have never heard of ambition box forcing them daily. Respect 🙏 comes from hearth not by force, company is full of falsify, never understand what is going on here, no trust on each other, accounts department is worst here, the trust value in this organization is zero, whenever I go to plant same condition, why to force people to write good thing's, if company will act in gesture, improvement will be seen, make good company and platform for learning not for giving bad impressions....Read More
