- Growing company in Surat. - Young and enthusiastic management, willing to invest in talent to become an industry leader. - Has a good vision and going to have a great infrastructure in the future! - No micro-management. - Freedom to express ideas.

Dislikes

- A huge scope for improving people management. - Even with such a small team, there's very poor work culture. Employees work in silos, not aware about the management plans. No HR policies. In fact, there is no dedicated HR. Which may change as they promise. - Don't expect holiday even on the Independence day! Though a promise is gi ven to improve the policy once they shift to new place. But, till then, only employees have to suffer. - Lack of trust in own decisions! Work Details

Experience for first 6 months was decent. Later on, it started becoming exhausting as the management was not able to live up to their commitments.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
