Having a big name in furniture market, top management and office management is good with their work culture, worker is all behave like family members, timely salary. And having good experience in manufacturing and technology.

Dislikes

First of all, as you think about standard and big company, it's inside culture and shop floor management is totally hopeless, if you went to your job on time, but you don't have time to come home. If you are new then also there hope is too much from you, because they paid you a salary. The top management of shop floor is totally hopeless and their behaviour for there downline is using bad words and threat them for job termination<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I am from production dept. As a Executive, and always having a challenge to complete the work orders on time. Within two months they ask me about the time of completion, and I am totally get nervous, the shift reliever is always do my complaint to manager
