No support from operation team you are the owner of your project from sales to installation, no extra benifits only pf is there & nothing else , sales incentive structure is very bad & working on weekends.

Employees exit process is very poor. People generally don't get their money after resignation. HR initiatives are nowhere in organization. Company does not think for Employees at all.
