Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and manage door installation teams at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily site activities, including material deliveries and labor scheduling.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide timely solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, labor, and materials used.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor installation crews as needed.
• Provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in door installation or related construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of door installation techniques, hardware, and materials.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and construction site protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Degree/Diploma in civil
