1) learn some thing new 2) different type of furniture design 3) Different type of hardware etc

1) Work urgency is very high every day 2) Timing is very bad daily extra time work without pay 3) Leave sanction is very insulting program 4) no bonus if your salary is only 16K 5) life and work life is in possible there 6) your are full loaded you have to do extra time work but seniors watching cricket match daily on work station.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Nothing is going good about working at Spacewood company.

Dislikes

Everything, there is no team work. Main issue is in manufacturing unit. The deadline fails very frequently & the employee's commitment to the client keeps on failing. No benefit of discussing the issues with the MD, he always says, "leave it". "leave it". He only intervenes once the client is drastically exhausted & is forced to file a complaint against spacewood. Work load is too much high, salary provided is very less than the work worth. MD tries to manipulate employee if they want to leave due to low salary. Nothing is good about Spacewood....Read More
