Everything, there is no team work. Main issue is in manufacturing unit. The deadline fails very frequently & the employee's commitment to the client keeps on failing. No benefit of discussing the issues with the MD, he always says, "leave it". "leave it". He only intervenes once the client is drastically exhausted & is forced to file a complaint against spacewood.
