My journey began working for a Fortune 500 client of our company where I worked on BPM Projects, gained invaluable exposure and contributing meaningfully to high-impact initiatives. After successfully completion of the client engagement in May 2024, Space Inventive reaffirmed its commitment to its employees by entrusting me with key internal projects like Talliant, Sharkvision, HRMS, and Falcon in a project management capacity. Despite transitions, the organization recognized my potential and provided me with opportunities to lead, innovate, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Dislikes

I worked at a company that handles both services and products, and I want too be honest about my experience. I'm sharing this soo future employees don't face the issues I did. They had a long-term client, Novartis, but that contract is ending. Cognizant and Accenture are taking over those projects, and the company is not cutting costs, leading to layoffs. Regarding their Internal products development, they have projects like Talliant, Sharkvision, HRMS. The HRMS project has been in development for about 4.5 years. The problem is CEO: whenever he wants a to add a feature or change of the minor flow of the structure. he wants a complete revamp of the product. He's nice at first, but he only remembers the small mistakes and keeps them in mind for the entire time you work there, and he will talk and differentiate based on those things only. He also doesn't provide any appreciation, whether positive or negative, even if you work hard. The entire team working on the internal products is exhausted. Be very careful before joining this company. They don't see to have a solid plan and tend to lay people off with very little notice, like 15 days. if you're desperate, you could try it during your probation period, but otherwise, stay away. one piece of advice: if you really want to try, please do so....Read More
