Space Inventive - UI/UX Architect - Sketch/Figma (3-6 yrs)

Role Description :

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Architect to join our growing team.

As a key member of our product development process, you will play a vital role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

- Define and document user stories and user journeys.

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.

- Develop and maintain design systems, including style guides, component libraries, and UI patterns.

- Ensure the consistency and usability of the user interface across all platforms and devices (web, mobile, etc.

- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs.

- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a UI/UX Architect or a similar role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UI/UX design projects.

- In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices (e., usability, accessibility, human-computer interaction).

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, and Zeplin.

- Excellent understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience conducting user research methods such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

- Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address design challenges.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.

- Experience with data visualization and information architecture.
