- In this role, you will manage large-scale projects valued at $10 million or more, focusing on finance and budgeting, while collaborating with stakeholders and business teams, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.

Job Role: Project Manager
Role and Responsibilities:
- This role will require to handle primarily Project Cost Management e2e - Budgeting to Sustain, with detailed approach on managing costs of resources from multiple organizations, take care of services received, invoices paid as per plan, tracking of forecasts vs actual in terms of finances.
- The role will also handle discovery to deployment & post implementation using Agile Framework & Scrum Methodologies.
- Using SDLC, Waterfall & other PM approaches.
- This role will need to act as individual Scrum Master and/or Manager to Developers, BA, BI Architect and other PMs/Scrum Masters.
- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals, manage and ensure timeline adherence of project delivery.
- S/he will have to manage stakeholders, prioritize in conflicting demands, have long term view to the project, predict risks and prescribe mitigation and resolution proactively.
- Ensure smooth and effective communication between Product Owner, Stakeholders and Development team.
- Have a robust feedback loop and update mechanism between everyone associated.
- The person must have brilliant communication skills, both verbal and written, exerting effective influence without authority and management skills.
- S/he will need to independently handle crisis and conflict situations and prioritize next steps with minimal handholding.
Must have skills:
Project Delivery Management skills:
- Experience in handling resources, resource costs and resource planning from multiple organizations for a single project.
- Experience in handling cross geographical, cross departmental, cross organizational resources.
- Strong understanding and extensive experience of "Digital Transformation Project Management" on PMBOK guidelines.
- Extensive experience in Risk Management, Project Metrics based reporting, Review Mechanism, Project Status Maintenance and Reporting.
- High sensitivity to Project Lifecycle and responsive towards future course project is predicted to take.
- Bias towards action and proactive in communication, keeping transparency alive throughout project.
- Learning aptitude and inclination to learn new PM and Agile tools as and when needed by the project throughout the course.
Project Cost Management skills:
- Experience in handling large scale projects, preferably $1M or more.
- Very strong Project Cost Management experience - Demand Generation, Budget Planning, Resource Cost Planning at various levels.
- Strong understanding of Project Costing - OPEX planning, CAPEX planning, Internal cost plan, external cost plan, compliance cost plan.
- Strong understanding of Budgeting, Project Costing, Resource Costing, OPEX & CAPEX accounting with relevant experience.
- Ability to have a close and relentless watch on budget allocated and have expertise to devise mechanism to track and report the change in cost/fees.
- Keep eye on trajectory of cost incurred vs project delivery.
- Must have strong Project Cost Management experience in terms of resource cost, GR/IR knowledge, Cost booking/rebooking in any PM tool, internal and external cost management.
- Strong knowledge and proven expertise of MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint.
Mandatory Qualifications And Education Requirements:
- BTech or BSc with Technical Academics.
- Strong inclination towards current technological demography.
- Robust Agile knowledge and applied experience.
- Experience in Project Cost/Finance Management at grassroot level.
- Experience in Process Excellence, Change Management, Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Documentation, Review & Update cadence.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP/any other Certification and/or Agile Certification.
- Any IT certification
- Experience in Azure DevOps, Jira and/or other PM tool.
