I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. The job is quite good. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session, I learnt everything on the job. I have overtaken the multiple task and department to balance the process . But finally they have shown the real face
