All the best for your future. Yes, we haven't issued any payslips, offer letters and relieving letters to you.

Its for people who can communicate well. I have seen employees getting onboarded with average communication and not trying to improve their skills. It not a good place for people with no work ethics and communication

Insecure about your job, no proper communication between internal management. They will deduct the salary without any reasons once you raise the issue they will create the reason.

There is a lot of politics internally..

The job is quite good. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session, I learnt everything on the job. I have overtaken the multiple task and department to balance the process . But finally they have shown the real face

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
