I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Company is still not adapted to latest technologies. Hierarchical system is poor. However life and work is balanced. Salary system is poor needs rectification. Company's organisation Structural requires through improvement. However management is very supportive and plenty of working possibilities. Lack Of Technical employees. Management staff needs improvement
