In soulflower we have lot of opportunity to learn and grow as all the colleagues are so coordinate and supportive in term of mentorship and implementation. i love all the pets here. 14 cats &9 dogs. They all are lovely. The senior management is also very supportive and guides us when needs!

Everything, don't know how to talk with team. business head just a timepass. No work like balanced, micro management, no trust on team. unnecessary work pressure. Lot more can't explain in 1lakhs words. They will give you Job description and ask you yo work something else's.
