Earlier I was responsible for the well being of almost 250 children and young boys and girls and a team of around 40 co-workers. Now since last 6 months my profile has changed as I am more into office work where in I am responsible for the quality aspect.

Here I can see my efforts bringing change in the lives of hundreds of children who otherwise would have languished into oblivion by poverty, neglect and abuse. Staying and working inside the campus sometimes hinders work and personal life balance. Also equal payment for equal designation should be implemented.

We work in the lifecyle of a child so work hours can never be restricted to 9-5 jobs. But our work does not feel like work as I enjoy being with children and forget when am I working or am just living my life.

Full jos security.need to be more active with government project in the area of child care and child protection.one of the area child right need more focus where children identities to be address.

Dislikes

Transparent transfer policy. Transparant promotion policy Gross route study and timely promotion in case of hard working employee. Benefit at the time of retirement to be address on priority basis.
