Caste and religion biased, grouping among the staffs and higher authority, norms are framed to punish only, decisions are taken on the basis of buttering of higher authority, rigid to their norms and not for the best interest of children, corruption at all levels, misuse of donation/foreign grant,one man show. I am sure if you circulate to all previous employee, 100% will be against the higher authority of the organization who are sitting at the top eating the organization to end.
