Good work environment and culture. Teammates are support and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. This is a international organization overall 50 plus project in India. Organization policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 3 months notice period at time of resign.

Not a good option to work here if you are on contract, corrupted, only senior profile getting good hike and rest of getting chiller in the name of hike, don't think about getting hike if you are on contract doesn't matter how hard work you do. Got mistakes on even tds deductions they got cut off from your salary and not paid to income tax you can understand what happened
