They have started to acknowledge that work life balance was not good. We had meetings till late in the night even though everyone is in India. The company took steps to alter this culture.

Work is not great. Product management function/processes are not followed. There is no validation of the assumptions in building the product. Product features decisions are taken by higher executives and PMs are asked to simply get them implemented. No questions are answered. The product algorithm is a simple mean/median based product. Overhyped , off reality and terrible. They don’t have a product, which anyone would like to have for any value addition. They have made a simple data collection software on top of which they do some basic arithmetic and claim it to be a world changing product . Yet they think they are great and try to recruit smart brains but they all had quit in less than a year. People who are now at present are the most mediocre people with no expertise or knowledge of how to make a product. There are few good people still there but they will leave too. Work culture is bad . Long extended hrs with no help from other teams . Toxic work culture is glorified here. Inner circle people don’t have the courage to say anything to founders and therefore these yes man type people thrive here. The company lack in professionalism , basic understanding on how to talk , work etc. this is mainly due to unprofessional and inexperienced people straight from college given fancy positions and the experienced ones here are from ok service companies so they have that same mentality....Read More
