They have started to acknowledge that work life balance was not good. We had meetings till late in the night even though everyone is in India. The company took steps to alter this culture.

Work is not great. Product management function/processes are not followed. There is no validation of the assumptions in building the product. Product features decisions are taken by higher executives and PMs are asked to simply get them implemented. No questions are answered. The product algorithm is a simple mean/median based product.
