My experience in Steria was good, though we had work pressure I enjoyed my job. My team and my managers worked as a team so overall it was good. Salary appraisal part was only area where improvement is to be needed. Also motivational awards or small token of gifts to good performers can be increased.

Hi All, it is a good organisation to work with. If you are seeking for growth in terms of career then it is a right choice. However, there are multiple openings from outside and within the company for different processes like HR,IT,Finance,BPS which creates multiple options for a person here to learn and grow as a human being.

Dislikes

I have been working here since 2016, the only thing i dislike is that the processes we work for are for normally UK so we have those UK shifts(not for all processes). Apart from which i would say, its not bad for experienced people. But its really good for freshers.

I am working in AR-Finance in a process with sopra steria. The work is not hectic till it is done on time. But as per process it is quite smooth.

Solra steria... Best place to work and live happily... The atmosphere was really superb... Even the management were also too good... Employees are friendly and the managers also too friendly...have learned many skills... The communication is the most likely part in steria.... Everyone use to talk in fluent english.... Appraisal were too gud.... Steria always encourage employees....
