One thing which I like most about Sony is that the company gives complete job satisfaction to its employees. Which is the good thing to have in any company, teammates are like helping hand 🤚 in any department within Sony. Don’t need to be bothered about job security. since it’s a Japanese company, so their methodology says if a person working/associated with them, then his/ her family relays on them. Career growth for the aspirants, salary/appraisals growth for off role employees are quite satisfactory,comes to politics then every MNC Company has its own kind of politics which I don’t wanna disclose, lots of things to learn for learner, overall work environment is excellent, As its an electronic Company innovation is part of it. I’m really upset with the work life specially for offrole employees we don’t get time to spend with our family that’s the thing I hates the most. But it’s pain is overcome by other amanities which we have in the company. Thanks....Read More
