Dislikes

HR is always a buddy for all employees. It definitely the strength of SISC. But there is nobody for a HR when it comes for an HR's mental health. Leaders are powerful enough to shut your mouth if you don't agree with them until you are in their good eye. HR members cannot complain anyone if there not treated good by their leaders. They are always trained not to take out any conflicts outside the team. Sometimes it's indirectly told to suppress or it impacts their appraisal. Manager don't like you, whatever you do will not be happy....Read More

I enjoyed my work life working with Japanese. They respect you as well as your work. I learnt everything on the job.
