This rating is purely based on my experience with having a bad boss. I just worked in SONY for a year and the second half was a torture. The company is a fantastic and a secure place to work if you are an average performer also, but if you get the same boss as I did then God bless you.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
