A company is a bunch of people who run it as they wish. There was nothing in Solv which was likeable to me except few of my colleagues in my team and other teams.

Dislikes

Solv is now PayTM as the CEO Amit Bansal and his friend Gaurav Mauliki hired Savinay Singh from PayTM by removing Suren Reddy from Phonepe and then Savinay turned Solv into Paytm. He hired everyone either from Paytm or Vodafone or his friends or relatives. So, the company culture changed overnight. Though it is a venture of Stancy group, now nepotism and favoritism prevails in Solv.

1st.Attandance issue. 2nd, apna pocket se paise Dena hota he order k liye. 3rd, jab registration karoge to last month ka salary Nehi dega.. 4th, Sunday k din pe bhi kam karna parta he khabi khabi , 5th, Job security bhi Nehi he ,, overall experience is very very very bad ..
